Stealthing. Yes this is now a thing.

Stealthing: Inside the world of men who remove condoms during sex without consent

When i first read this i actually felt sick to my stomach.  This “stealthing” is a thing now?  After I calmed down quite a bit i came to a realization that this is nothing new.  Men have been doing this for years now.  What this article is about is once again claiming no responsibility for your own actions as a female.  While yes one can claim that removing a condom during sex is a violation of trust, it is not rape.

The truth of the matter is that a woman must also take responsibility for her own health as well.  Because I have had condoms break during the act of sex with someone and yeah then you have to worry about STD’s, but most of all pregnancy.  But why doesn’t the woman take responsibility for her own birth control?  This article tries to place all responsibility for all sexual actions on the male, as if the female has no control and no mind of her own.  It seems to me that feminism is now more self-demeaning then self-helping.  Third Wave Feminism seems to be about making women victims of everything and not empowering them to take control of their own destinies.

At the end of the day i do not truly believe that this “stealthing” is some kind of horrible epidemic that males are perpetrating on innocent women.  Its not even a sign of the times, its just someone making things more horrible then they really are to blame men for something.  As if we men need more blame in this world.

Anime review: Flying Witch!

Tired of explosions, giant robots, and stupid ass tsundere girls who hook up with the main character?  Well you can take a break and still watch a good anime.  So I present to you, Flying Witch!

Flying Witch is the story of 15 year old witch-in-training, Makoto Kowata.  Who comes to live with her aunt in the small farming town that her aunt, uncle, and their two kids live in.  In the world Flying Witch witches still existent and so does magic to a certain extent.  Only a small handful of normal people know they still exist and the witches generally live normal lives, only practicing magic to help others and improve or keep their own skills fresh.  At the age of 15 all witches must undergo a training journey where they leave their home and begin their personal training somewhere away from home in order to broaden their horizons and improve their skills.

While Makoto is a witch, she is unfortunately not a very skilled or dedicated one.  She can basically fly on her broom and communicate with her familiar, a black cat named Chito.  In fact the anime really isn’t about her learning new spells and potions.  It is about the every day life of Makoto in her new home.  Almost every episode shows the daily life of Makoto and her family as they go about their every day lives, and not much magic is shown.  Such as in one episode Makoto and her cousins go out to the forest to pick herbs that go well with dinner.  And in another episode Makoto learns about farming when her older cousin Kei decides to plant a garden in the back yard.  Yeah its seems to be typically boring stuff.

So why am i writing a review about such a seemingly boring anime?  Because when I started watching it back in April 2016 i didn’t expect much either.  But i was quickly blown away by it and watched the entire series.  Flying Witch and other animes like it are in a genre referred to as Slice of Life anime (SoL).  Or as the many American otakus call it, “Comfy” animes.  Both terms sum up what the anime is about and how the anime makes you feel.  SoL anime is generally quite tame, and has little to no action, romance, or drama to it, but it does have some humor.  Since its just a anime about every day life and every day life is generally pretty tame.  And yet i could not wait to get home from work every Sunday during 2016 to download and watch this anime.  It helped me relax, got rid of a lot of stress, and made me smile.  From the opening theme to the ending theme i enjoyed every last minute of every episode.

Flying Witch and a number of other SoL animes that i have watched have been my biggest enjoyment over the last year.  The characters are interesting and the stories in each episode draw you in with not only curiosity, but when you learn things about different facets of life and even farming.  The animation is top notch in my opinion and to make things even more interesting the town that Makoto lives in is based on a real life town in Japan.  So often each episodes have scenes of buildings and environs of the real life town.  Its gives you a few moments to take it all in and enjoy it.

Now if this type of anime isn’t your thing then you won’t enjoy Flying Witch in the least.  But if you are looking for something different and you have a open mind then you might enjoy Flying Witch alot.  I suggest you look it up on Pirate Bay, Nyaa, or Youtube.

The Naked Otaku.

For those of you who don’t know what the word “otaku” means, it means “obsessed fan boy” in Japanese but in milder terms which is often used in America it means a person who is a big fan of anime.  And yes I watch most of my anime naked at home.  I play my video games naked at home.  And yeah i seriously enjoy both being naked and watching anime and playing video games.  Someone once asked me why I and other naturists don’t push for more casual nudity in video games and anime.  Well here are the reasons why:  For one Japanese society and American society have a strong dislike for nudity in their video games and anime.  Now yes there are porn games and pornographic anime, known as hentai in Japan.  And that as far as Japan is concerned, is where nudity casual or erotic is only allowed.  One must remember that video games are still marketed to children primarily in both Japan and America, as well as anime.  So in all truth it will be very hard to get anyone to loosen up on such topics because of the mindset of the two businesses is focused on sales to children and staying out of the negative limelight as much as possible.

Over the years some video games have had “nude mods” which were made by fans of the game so you can see the character nude. or at least only in their underwear.  Fallout 4 comes to mind.  But these mods were made by non-nudists and are basically made for the sake of titillation or just pissing off the game developers.  But its still nice to have the nude mods anyway.

As far as anime goes the best you’ll be able to find in casual nudity is a few scenes from Dragonball and some humorous scenes with partial nudity implied in romantic comedies.  Other then that you’ll be stuck watching porn.

To be honest though at the end of the day while it would be nice to have naturism in video games and anime i am not upset nor advocating for it.  I can still enjoy video games and anime without them having nudity in it.

Syria in the news.

So this morning i was listening to conservative talk radio.  Tara Curvaceous is the name of the woman who i listen to in the morning and she was talking about the chemical gas attack on that town in Syria.  One of the first things she pointed out is that the town that was attacked is a ISIS/Al-Qaeda stronghold.  And yes the loss of children’s lives is horrific but once again we have to ask ourselves this question: Why are we getting involved with this country in the midst of a civil war again?

The answer is oil and money.  Yep, that’s right!  Oil and money.  You see Russia wants to build a oil pipeline from Iraq and Iran, to the ocean.  This pipeline will give Russia control of the oil dollars in that area and then they will switch the currency of trade to the Russian Ruble and the Chinese yuan.  This will basically cripple the American dollar and the Euro overnight and send America and all of Europe into financial meltdown.

So yeah this is all bullshit.  We actually started the Syrian civil war back during the Obama administration via the good ole CIA who promised to give the Syrian rebels weapons and training to overthrow Assad.  All of this over fucking oil and money.  Its so fucked up.
